Corporate History

From the establishement of the first Shin-Etsu company in 1926, Shin-Etsu developed into a mayor chemical industry, having over 100 companies over the world.
In September 1960, Shin-Etsu Chemical founded Shin-Etsu Polymer as a 100% subsidiary, to produce various parts and compounds based on Shin-Etsu Chemical raw materials.

Early Period

In the early days of Shin-Etsu Polymer, a network of factories and sales organization was settled in Japan to service customers.
