T.I.M. graphite sheet

Shin-Etsu T.I.M. graphite sheet is a thermal diffusive material that will spread heat in horizontal direction and used in handheld devices to avoid hot spots and spread heat generated by electronics circuitry evenly over a large surface or act as super light weight heatsink.

For better results, the substrate surface should be cleaned and dried to remove any dirt, moiosture or oils before applying the pad.
Prior to using the product with a thermal interface grease, test a sample with small amount to determine compatibility.
